Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support our Professional Services business unit. This role will work provide reports via Powerpoint template to leadership, as well as maintain and upkeep a database of questions. Additionally, this role will take storyboard from Education and Enablement and build online courses. 

Job Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Excellent background in Customer Services
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Transportation experience a plus, but not mandatory
  • Self-driven
  • Tenacious
  • Able to multi-task
  • Experience with Captivate/Camtasia
