MercuryGate’s Professional Services Consulting Program is designed to be a high velocity enablement initiative for recent or soon to be college graduates. Successful candidates will be hired into an Associate Consultant role. In the first 8 weeks, selected candidates will work alongside their peers to learn about Professional Services, Customer Engagement, Software-as-a-Service, and the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. Enablement will then continue across a 2-year period of guided growth and development, where you will work alongside subject matter experts and industry leaders to engage with real world customers and build your portfolio of experience.
Consultants in the program will gain skills in planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to defined timelines and budgets – from inception to ‘go live’. Building and managing project teams, as well as ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality deliverables throughout the project life cycles, will also be covered in this position. Program members will have extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and members from other crossfunctional teams.
Participation in the Professional Services Consulting Program requires successful candidates to be based in our Cary, NC headquarters. As such, selected candidates will be required to relocate to the Raleigh/Durham metro area prior to the beginning of the program, and will be expected to remain in the area for the duration.
