    Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

    This role will provide the following functions:

    • Manually install the MercuryGate suite of products for new and existing customer prospects using a full solution methodology
    • Update software solutions as new features are released to keep the full solution methodology on the most current features
    • Enable baseline installation through automation tools
    • Identify and implement processes to strengthen, streamline and possibly automate the full solution methodology
    • Produce the full solution methodology and its variations for uses in testing and in production
    • Maintain each model by release to ensure the workflow and features are always functional
    • Interpret, upload, and maintain customer and carrier rate agreements (contracts)
    • Format and upload master data (locations, contacts, master items, users, 3rd party credentials)
    • Transform data into proper formats utilizing MS Excel and Access or other data transformation tools

    Job Qualifications & Other Requirements

    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
    • Technical Background (enrollment in a Computer Science cirriculum, experience coding/developing, etc)
    • People skills – the ability to establish effective working relationships across multiple groups (support groups, internal customers, external customers)
    • Communication skills – excellent oral and written communications
    • Excellent organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks/meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in customer service support role

    Candidates must be local to the Raleigh/Durham metro area.
