    Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

    MercuryGate has a large customer base containing very high profile and high demand customers. To maintain a level of customer support required by these type of clients, MercuryGate has established a position of Client Services Coordinator. In this role, the person will be first line of support to help prioritize the customers daily operational requirements. This will provide customers with an additional level of customer service outside of the responsibilities levels of the customer’s CSM or assigned implementer.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with MercuryGate existing client customer base to maintain task level priorities based on the customer’s requested need
    • Meet with customers on a regular basis to provide status updates on high visibility requests
    • Monitor task progression ensuring that all requests are moving forward in correct process order
    • Assign daily build tasks to proper team members for testing and UAT support
    • Monitor tasks for proper customer approvals on task estimates
    • Review time consumed on tasks to ensure it is in line with the estimate
    • First level of research on any customer billing disputes
    • Work directly with the VP of Client Services to obtain approvals for billing and credit disputes
    • Work directly with Client Services Leadership team to maintain and monitor the Dev prioritization task listing
    • Run weekly reports for VP of Client Services providing details on task activity
    • Other activities as required

     

    Job Qualifications & Other Requirements

    • Prior TMS or MercuryGate experience preferred
    • Excellet communication skills
    • Strong time management and organization
