    Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Enroll course users and course enrollments in our Learning Management System (LMS)  
    • Create user logins as needed and assigns user permissions
    • Manage course enrollment including progress tracking
    • Populate course information and assigns learners
    • Provide direct support to internal and external clients for issues that are experienced by the LMS user
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and software systems
    • Serve as point of escalation for support issues, which may include serving as the interface with LMS vendor and other vendor support services
    • Resolve technical concerns in active and inactive courses
    • Accurately document and record user enrollments and course enrollments for accounting purposes
    • Collaborate with peers externally to determine and facilitate best practices
    • Review and monitor system performance
    • Build online assessments and evaluations in LMS for courses (End of Course Survey)
    • Create and manage the overall course structure and sets up course programs based on specifications from the instructional designer
    • Manage tracking of course revisions and history
    • Assist as needed with the setup and support of Instructor Led Training classes

     

    Other Responsibilities

    • Enhance professional growth and development by learning MercuryGate’s product portfolio, job related literature, in-service meetings, and workshops/seminars
    • Maintain current knowledge of educational methodologies through continuing professional development
    • Adhere to downtime procedures
    • Adhere to established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
    • Demonstrate an understanding, and model the mission & core values of MercuryGate International through behavior and attitude
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    • Strong sense of customer service
    • Experience with managing Learning Management Systems or similar supplemental educational tools
    • Experience with Litmos LMS preferred
    • Project management skills a plus
    • Strong problems solving and follow-up skills
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • A desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced, innovative team
    • Ability to learn new systems
