    Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Drive and co-ordinate all PR and analyst relations
    • Lead communications efforts across different geographies to support key business initiatives in these regions
    • Maintain existing and build new relationships with industry trade and local media and analysts
    • Actively contribute to and review corporate and product messaging
    • Develop compelling thought leadership messages and stories
    • Create pitches and secure placements with a wide range of media outlets, including business, trade, industry vertical, channel, and technology
    • Create presentations and help manage sponsored webinars
    • Work closely with analyst organizations, such as Gartner, Adelante, ARC Advisory Group and others and lead analyst engagement
    • Drive submissions for key analyst reports like Gartner Magic Quadrant and others
    • Drive industry and business award submissions
    • Report on metrics such as coverage generated, share of voice vs competitors, etc

    Job Qualifications & Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field
    • Excellent writing and communications skills
    • Background in Transportation System Management or logistics is a plus
    • 5-7 years marketing or communications experience
    • Attention to detail and ability to understand complex stories to create marketing collateral pieces
    • Experience in a software technology company or working with software companies
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully place media stories and create customer case studies
    • Strong analytical and PR measurement and reporting skills
    • Ability to work with senior leaders inside and outside of the company
    • Ability to deal with multiple projects and time-sensitive situations
    • Self-starter who will proactively take on projects
